Eranism
A moneyless economy
This site contains the design of Eranism, an economy that would allow for more prudent use of natural resources, a wasteless and mostly fair distribution of goods, more cooperation than in the present competitive economy, and the reduction of work for which there is no physical necessity. The economy is decentralized in the sense that people themselves report how many goods they want or need and how long they have to work, but it usually does not pay to misreport in order to manipulate the outcome. The economy is directly based on physical and social reality (it is said to be transparant) and therefore does without money. To complete the design, a few questions remain to be answered.
